When you spend enough time in a space/area/mosque you get to know the people, the regulars, the activities, the best spots, the best timings and all the gems that come with it. My bias for some places are therefore by default, what I know, what I don’t and well that’s a heads up.
My experience of some of the places are a one-off, but this in itself is so important. The first impression, that vibe, that feeling. How you feel is important, how a space makes you feel is important, each area has a Mosque, and for me it’s a snapshot of the people of the area and the culture it brings.
As people change, spaces change and the way the spaces are used change. People are what makes spaces; spaces.
